Coexistence

We want you to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing and memorable stay. To make it possible, you have to admit some little coexistence rules that will allow a better enjoyment of the lot of comforts that our specialized personnel have the joy and obligation to give you, so:

The only ball sports allowed inside the complex are water polo and table tennis. All others must be played on the beach.

Do not drop the car if it is not entered in the garage. Only stop on the internal street to order and control the monitored closure of the iron door. The only weakness in the security of the entire condominium is the iron door open when you entered or exited, so we count on your valuable cooperation and sense of responsibility to ensure all safety with what we have designed the complex.

Do not let opened for any cause or reason the iron door and not allow any kid, or person beyond the complex for use the remote control. Understand that this is the key to entering your home, so you must not lose sight of it, for any reason or circumstance at all.

For the happy coexistence of everyone is better that we all accept the security conditions. As we know you will understand and obey the following rule. No supplier (delivery, etc.) can pass through the security gate. The vacationers should receive deliveries at the gate, not allowing access to any persons not identified by the security of the complex. Remember that you must announce the name and identification number of any invited person or guest. Every person that is staying at the complex should be always caring his identification card to be able to display it to security personnel if it's required.

Children under ten years can not enter or remain in the pool and solariun area without an adult person to stay watching. You have an accident insurance within the swimming area, which will only become effective with a child if this was accompanied/supervised by an adult member of the family.

In the pool/solarium area you can only enter with non-alcoholic beverages in bottles and should use disposable cups which are provided for this purpose. Do not drink "mate", do not enter food and dont access to the area with alcohol.

You can take care of your guests in your summer-house without restrictions but the pool/solarium is only for stable persons and very rarely the boyfriend / girlfriend of your daughter / son or some other occasional visitor.

Every summer-house only have allowed one vehicle to enter the campus, that must be registered at the start of the rental period. A possible second vehicle or vehicles of your guests must park on the street.

The solarium-pool area is sufficiently stocked with chairs and other comforts, it's not necesary to bring yours.

The loss of a key or a remote control involves a complex process of reform of key codes, so the lack of delivery of these two items costs $ 800 .-. However, if you return the remote control broken or stepped on by a car, the replacement cost is only $ 90 .-

On the assumption that your stay is rewarding and you would like to come back on next season, the commissioner board will describe your good neightbour ability to offer you important advantages of rental values for the subsequent season. In the event that there are more applications available that summer-houses these skills involve priority.
