Comforts
We are here to propose you a really
different style of holiday with unquestionable and impassable security. We own
seven houses at a closed, privated and protected complex with swimming pool
with sea water, two own terraces and a shared one (solarium) of 100 ˛, private
garage, barbecue on the terrace, two bathrooms and very spacious rooms (80 m ˛
for each full-duplex), with comfort for 3 / 8 people, that we agreed to call
PUERTA DE HIERRO ("Iron Door", on account of the superdoor and the
neigborhood in Madrid, and not as a tribute to General Astroboy).
You will enjoy:

SECURITY: Absolute (the property is surrounded by
impassable walls or fences in the four cardinal points, and your entry is only
through a single gateway operable only by a selfowned remote control). So you
can leave the car open and with the keys on every time you park inside the
resort.
SWIMMING POOL: Large tiled
swimming pool, usually with sea water (10 m x 6 m x 2,40 m) with a solarium of
100 square meters with bar service.
VIEW: You can see
the sea from the privated balcony and partial view from the top bedrooms.
TREATMENT: The staff
has tertiary education in hotel management for your better enjoyment. Master of
ceremonies to entertain children and preteens, and a commissioner to generate
adequate social interaction between adults.
HIERARCHY: Careful and
exhaustive selection of applicants with the emphasis on good manners and
educated candidates with enough features to not disturb the rest and the limits
of the neighbor.
EQUIPMENT: English and
French tableware and porcelain (Sheffield, Baccarat, Limoges, Sevres, Royal
Dulton, etc) with Swiss tablecloths for a better reception of eventual guests.
PRIVACY: 200 meters
from the sea, on asphalt and away from traffic and noisy streets, with trees
shade to avoid the view from the street.
BEACH: 200 meters away, no need to
move your car during your entire stay. You can walk to the sea, we are in the
area of lowest attendance of all the built-up areas of the coast.
We can also offer an aditional limousine service (luxury modern car with
driver) at permanent disposal at the host for U.S. dollars $ 1800.- weekly,
picking at Ezeiza airport, driving 220 miles to the seaside cost both wise and
permanent attention during the week at the resort (driver included). Of course,
this last service is optional.
